I began my Real Estate Career as a sales associate for nationally-franchised and locally-owned Real Estate Firms, and closed approximately 2200 sides in the Residential Real Estate market.

RYMARC HOMES (Ryan Building Systems) – As an on-site Sales Associate and Manager, I sold 118 homes in one year, and was awarded Ryan Building Systems "Southeastern Sales Person of the Year".  This is at a time when interest rates were 21%.

I was also affiliated with AVTEX PROPERTIES and CENTEX HOMES selling over 280 homes throughout Columbia, Irmo and Lexington in the following neighborhoods:  Windmill Orchard, Devenger Place, Lake Pointe Townhomes, Chesterfield Park, Southwell,Springhurst, Avalon, Bentcreek Plantation, Bentcreek Farms and Ashford.

LONGCREEK PLANTATION - started as a Sales Associate and was promoted to Broker-in-Charge and Marketing Manager within a very short period.  I remained with LongCreek for the next 10 years.  I was instrumental in helping develop all phases of the 2000-acre Master Planned Community.  These phases included working with WINDEMERE Golf Course Designers, Pete and P.B Dye, and World Renowned Land Planner - Ozzie Nagler – who designed the Seoul, Korea Olympic Village in 1988.

RESOURCE REFERRALS - following LONGCREEK, I became the Director and Broker-in Charge for this new, third-party relocation company.  Simultaneously, I was licensed in South Carolina as Broker-in Charge of:  RESOURCE REFERRALS, BANK OF AMERICA, SCHNEIDER NATIONAL CARRIER SERVICES, and THE SARA LEE CORPORATION; transferring their corporate employees from point A to point B. These corporate employees were transferred via the telephone and online.

ASSET REALTY, INC. (ARI) - my accomplishments at ARI were many, but I consider the most significant to be the development of the Career Development Branch for newly-licensed sales professionals.  I began the Branch with 16 Associates and succeeded in developing a total of 70 Associates (many of whom are now top producers at ARI) before resigning in Aug-08 as Broker-in-Charge of this magnificent Branch.  During my tenure with ARI, I hired 87 Sales Associates and taught 762 on-line classes.  I assisted in the review and revision of ARI's 100-page policy manual, and was instrumental in arranging numerous business and social events sponsored by the Company.  On a continuum, I provided ARI with updated data based on research of our competitors on every level of Real Estate production.

On August 15, 2008, I began a partnership with my sister, Sally Sale Grooms, and my husband, John H. Dunn, to build and develop our own company and Associates within the company.  I am totally dedicated to ACQUIRE REAL ESTATE, INC. (A.R.E) and to all the Associates that join OUR TEAM.   Since the opening of A.R.E and "hand selecting" the best of the best, our team has become well known in the midlands real estate industry.
