REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 18 months with proven sales.
Must know South Carolina Real Estate Law.
Must have a complete understanding CMLS - PARAGON 5.
Must have technology and a full home office set up.
Can read and comprehend legal documents.
Superior negotiating skills.
Open to constructive feedback from management.
Willing to learn company's different yet dynamic listing presentation.
Must have sphere of influence of a minimum of 100 contacts.
Strong ability to "THINK OUT OF THE BOX".
BIC and Sales Director available 15/7.
Dynamic commission program - one transaction fee (regardless of sides).
E&O has remained at $300 for the last 9 years.
No rollbacks.
We do not belong to NAR, SCAR, or CCAR; thus, no extra fees.
Quarterly luncheon business meetings at the Palmetto Club.
